About
It started inside a reconstructive surgery practice.
Nexoform came out of watching a reconstructive surgery practice run day to day. Patients wait on hold for answers that live in the schedule. Nurses retype the same post-op guidance a dozen times a week. Authorization paperwork decides whether a reconstruction happens on time.
General healthcare software treats these as separate problems for separate vendors. We think they are one problem: a practice's attention is finite, and the systems around it should spend that attention on patients.
So Nexoform stays narrow on purpose. It serves plastic and reconstructive surgery, and it aims to handle every message, note, and authorization the way your best staff member would on a good day. The AI does the assembly; your team keeps the judgment.
We are early, and we work closely with our first practices: direct access to the people building the product, and a roadmap shaped by what your staff actually needs next.
What we believe
Calm is a feature. Software for anxious patients and busy clinicians should lower the temperature of every interaction.
How we build
AI with human judgment kept in the loop, evaluated against clinician-labeled standards, changed only when the evidence says it improved.
Where we're headed
From single practices to the groups and organizations that run many of them, without losing the composure that makes it work.
Talk to the people building it.
No sales team, no discovery-call script. You'll talk directly with the founder and see the working product.
